Orange Juice, a Glaswegian* post-punk band, not only play good music, but they play it flippin' well. Regular readers will know that if I don't consider a band to be true musicians, they're out of the picture. Luckily for Orange Juice, I believe them to be full of musicianship. As always, it's nice to hear some instruments besides the typical guitars and drums line-up. It's not just the instrumentation that's original: the vocals, especially on "L.O.V.E.... Love" are... original, not to be too rude. Some may call them Bowie-esque, but personally I think they're just a bit strange. They don't ruin the music though, so it's still all good.

*Yes, that's the correct word for someone from Glasgow.

. I'd be happy to feature your band! Just write me a quick note saying what type of music you play, maybe a link to your website/MySpace, and include a link to a few downloadable songs if you can (submissions without samples are usually disregarded).
